Day 1: Game drive in Tarangire National Park

After your early morning breakfast in Moshi, we will drive to Tarangire National Park for an afternoon game drive. In the evening, we will head to your overnight stay at a lodge inside Tarangire National Park.

Day 2: See More Animals in Tarangire & Go to Karatu

After breakfast, you’ll spend the whole day looking for animals in Tarangire. This park has lots of elephants and big baobab trees. In the late afternoon, we’ll drive to a nice town called Karatu, which is a town near Ngorongoro crater which is one next safari destination.

Day 3: Half-Day Game Drive in Ngorongoro Crater, Transfer to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, depart for the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. You’ll descend into the crater for a half-day game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is often called “Africa’s Eden” for its breathtaking scenery and incredibly dense wildlife population – including lions, elephants, hippos, and the elusive black rhino. After a picnic lunch near a hippo pool, begin your journey to the Serengeti National Park, arriving in the late afternoon. Settle in at your lodge or tented camp and enjoy a relaxing dinner in the wild.

Day 4 and Day 5: Full-Day Game Drive in the Serengeti

Wake up to the sounds of the African bush and prepare for a full-day game drive in the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. The park is a wildlife enthusiast’s dream, known for its endless plains and incredible biodiversity. You’ll explore the park’s ecosystems in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, elephants, and the iconic wildebeest and zebra herds. Depending on the time of year, you might even witness part of the Great Migration. Enjoy a packed lunch in the bush before continuing your adventure. Return to camp for a hot shower, delicious dinner, and stories around the campfire.

Day 5: More Fun Watching Animals!

Day 6: Early Morning Game Drive in the Serengeti, Then Transfer to Airport

Start your final day with an early morning game drive, the best time to catch predators in action and witness the Serengeti as it comes alive with the golden light of dawn. After breakfast back at camp, you’ll check out and begin your drive or scheduled transfer to the nearest airstrip or Arusha, depending on your departure plans. This marks the end of your incredible Northern Circuit Safari – a journey filled with memories, magnificent animals, and stunning landscapes.
